2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The Defendants related to the parties were married to run the “M Child Care Center” and “Namian Private Teaching Institutes” (hereinafter “Child Care Center” and “Namian Private Teaching Institutes”). The Plaintiffs were the students of the instant child care center.

B. The occurrence of the instant accident and the Plaintiffs’ injury 1) On February 10, 2014, the Plaintiff, who was the teacher of the instant childcare center, was the teacher of the instant childcare center owned by Defendant K, and the Plaintiff A, D, Plaintiff G, Plaintiff H, Q, R, and S, all eight of whom were the students of the instant childcare center, were stationed in the instant childcare center, and returned to the said original students, which was around 17:30 on the same day, conflict with the vehicle of V driving, which was flicked by the central line on the road of the “U cafeteria” located in T at 17:30 on the same day (hereinafter the instant accident referred to as the “instant accident”).

2) In the instant accident, Plaintiff A suffered from the injury, such as manee’s knee’s knee’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s stress kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne, and stress kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne’s kne.

C. After the accident, Plaintiff D and Plaintiff G sent back to W Hospital around 18:00 by the 119 first aid unit, who was dispatched to the scene of the instant accident at around 17:38, along with the driver’s office of the passenger car and the passenger P.), and Defendant K sent back to W Hospital at around 119:0. Meanwhile, immediately after the instant accident, Defendant K first arrived at the scene of the accident before the arrival of the 119 first aid unit, and then Plaintiff A, H, Q, R, and others.
