1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 89,727,226 as well as 20% per annum from November 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is deemed to be the “Defendant”, and the “Defendant 1” is deemed to be the “Defendant 1”: by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant 2.: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
