1. The Defendant’s KRW 202,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from May 14, 2009 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
1. On October 9, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the return of KRW 202,00,000,000 for loans extended by the Suwon District Court 2009Dahap3970, and obtained a judgment in favor of the Plaintiff on October 9, 2009. The above judgment became final and conclusive on November 14, 2009.
Pursuant to Article 165 of the Civil Act, the period of extinctive prescription of the above claim is ten years from the day on which the judgment becomes final and conclusive, and the period of extinctive prescription expires, thereby filing the lawsuit in this case.
