Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 2.5 million won.
When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Punishment of the crime
At around 10:00 on April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “no taxi customer will occur” was paid for taxi expenses and returned home in front of the entrance of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B market; and (b) expressed the Defendant’s bath to the said D on the ground that the light-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station C Gyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City police station, which was called “I will pay for taxi expenses and return home.”
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers regarding 112 reporting processing, etc. through violence or intimidation.
