1. The defendant shall pay 56,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 16, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. The portion dismissing a judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act): Even based on the Plaintiff’s assertion itself, the Defendant is liable for delay from March 16, 2020 to March 15, 2020, on which the instant complaint was served. As such, the part demanding the payment of damages for delay even during the period from March 17, 2020 to April 15, 2020 is dismissed.
