However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 01:00 on October 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “C” located in Ulsan Jung-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) at the victim D(66 years of age) and the drinking value; (c) took the victim into front of the above main point, and (d) took the victim into front of the said main point; and (c) her hand spherbbling bridges the victim’s bridge, her bridges the victim’s bridge, and her bridges over the victim, thereby causing injury to the victim by damaging the victim’s right part of the blue part of the treatment days.
