Punishment of the crime
On October 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a 1k volume B SM3 car from the front day of the opening house in the Grand-dong in the Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si to the 710-dong underground parking lot located in the same city-dong from the front day of the opening house in the same city-dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.15% among blood transfusion around 04:47.
