(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession, the defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order of this case, and was absent on the date for pleading without submitting specific written response, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's assertion in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
