1. The defendant shall pay 70,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from December 1, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking the payment of the above loan, since the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 70,000,000 to the Defendant on November 30, 2008 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum, and thus, the Plaintiff sought payment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
