1. As to the share 29.618/14, 942.6 of the 14,942 square meters in Singu-si:
A. The defendant Silsi Co., Ltd.
1. The Plaintiff asserts as follows as the cause of the instant claim. A.
Defendant Masung Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) purchased 14,942.6 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) from the Defendant Sinsi-si, Sinsi (hereinafter “instant land”), and constructed D apartment on its ground and sold it on November 23, 1995.
B. Around November 20, 1993, Defendant B entered into a sales contract with 204 Dong-dong 902, 59.96 square meters among the above apartment units, and 29.6/14,942.6 square meters of the land in this case as the site ownership. However, the Defendant Company did not make the registration of transfer of the part of the land in this case on the wind where the lot number is determined.
C. On November 29, 1997, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract to purchase the above apartment building and its site ownership from Defendant B, and completed the registration of ownership transfer regarding the above part of the building, but did not complete the registration of ownership transfer concerning the above part of the site ownership ownership ownership.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant Byung-si is obligated to perform the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on September 20, 1993 with respect to the portion of the land of this case to the defendant company on September 20, 1993 pursuant to the above sales contract. The defendant Byung-si is obligated to perform the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on September 20, 1993 with respect to the said portion according to the above sales contract to the defendant Eul, and the defendant Eul is obligated to perform the above share in accordance with the above sales contract to the plaintiff.
