A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
780,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On April 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. in the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 9, 2012.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On August 4, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones purchased as set forth in the above paragraph (1) at the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014, in a way of drinking them to cans and coffees.
B. At around 11:00 on August 5, 2014, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones purchased from the above Defendant’s residence, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), in a way of drinking them to cans and coffee.
C. At around 10:00 on August 6, 2014, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones purchased from the above Defendant’s residence, as set forth in the above paragraph (1), in a way of drinking them to cans and coffee.

1.
