A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,00.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant, on the front of the KTT telephone station located in the Guluridong, was willing to purchase the cab light from the unspecified number of taxi drivers, who reported and stopped the light of the smartphone, with the intention of purchasing the cell phone in a low manner, from among the unspecified taxi drivers who stopped.

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant purchased a cell phone device of KRW 8,090,000 in total over 15 times from the same day to August 14, 2014, with knowledge of the fact that the victim’s name unowned mobile device, which he embezzled from taxi engineer B, is stolen, from the front day of the above KTtel, as described in paragraph (2), and purchased a cell phone device of KRW 40,000 in total from the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired stolens.

B. The Defendant, who did not pay a fine for negligence on the J Kankle car operated by the Defendant, was placed in custody of the number plate from the competent Gu office, and was willing to operate another car with a license plate attached to it.

At around 15:00 on July 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed the front number plate of Hone Star Co., Ltd. owned by the victim I (year 49) who was parked in the Han River at the vicinity of Seongdongdong 2, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

C. On July 27, 2014, around 15:00 on July 27, 2014, the Defendant unlawfully used the H number plate, which was stolen from the frontway of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as referred to in paragraph 1(b), was attached to the Defendant’s driver’s knife knife who parked therein, and used the air knife registration number plate.

around 00:01 on August 15, 2014, the Defendant exercised the trademark registration number plate of the air unit, which was illegally used by going to and from approximately 20km from the front side of Seongdong-gu Seoul, to the front road of the “M” located in Seongdong L on the same day, as set forth in paragraph 1(c).
