A. Defendant Hansung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is a company operating an insurance business as prescribed by the Insurance Business Act, and Defendant A (title B prior to the name of the name) is a person commissioned as an insurance solicitor of the Defendant Co., Ltd. and used the title as the representative of the said C Agent and engaged in insurance solicitation.

B. From around 2010 to around 2014, Defendant A introduced the insurance products of the Defendant Company to the Plaintiffs and recommended their purchase, and the Plaintiffs subscribed to the Defendant Company’s insurance as follows upon the Defendant Company’s recommendation.
