1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from December 16, 2018 to May 13, 2019, and May 201.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. Partial dismissal: The interest rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall apply as the provisions concerning statutory interest rates are amended under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
