Defendant

A is a person who operates a Marine treatment establishment as a master, and Defendant B is a person in charge of the Marine treatment establishment.

During the period of Ansan-si on February 14, 2012, the Defendants conspired to allow the payment of 180,000 won by credit card from male customers in his/her name, and arrange sexual traffic by sexual intercourse with female employees G and H, etc. from around that time to May 23, 2012. In addition, the Defendants arranged sexual traffic for 813 times as shown in the annexed crime list, and, in return, arranged sexual traffic to male customers in name, and received 248,120,000 won from that time.
