Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On August 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a B 100 Oral Sea with approximately KRW 0.187% alcohol concentration in blood from the section of approximately 1 Km in the direction of the Goyang-gu Police Station located in the same Gu, from the road near the Hayang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the shooting distance in front of the same Gu.
