A. In the Changwon District Court 2007Kadan7143 Claims filed by the Plaintiff against Nonparty C, the said court rendered a judgment on June 13, 2007 ordering C to pay to the Plaintiff 46,336,000 won on the ground of the grounds of the claim stated in the separate sheet, and 5% per annum from June 18, 2004 to March 27, 2007, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment. The said judgment became final and conclusive on July 5, 2007.

B. On December 25, 2014, C died after having left the Defendants, who are their children, as bereaved family members.

C. On March 11, 2015, the Defendants reported a qualified acceptance on the inheritance of the property of the Masan District Court Branch C, and the said court rendered a judgment on May 13, 2015 to accept the said report on qualified acceptance.

According to the above facts of recognition as to the plaintiff's claim, the defendants who inherited the net C according to the qualified acceptance are obligated to pay to the plaintiff 23,168,000 won for indemnity and 5% per annum from June 18, 2004 to March 27, 2007 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition by citing all of the claims.
