1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 109,419,412 won and KRW 30,268,891 among them, from July 4, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant was served with the original copy of the payment order in this case and submitted only formal written objection, and he did not appear on the date of the legal argument. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
