1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,615,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from August 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

As to the statutory interest rate of the case for which the first instance court proceedings have not been concluded until October 1, 2015, part of the dismissal is partially dismissed, since the interest rate of 20% per annum under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the amended provisions from October 1, 2015, respectively, the part for which the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment exceeds the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum, among the parts for which the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.
