A. On November 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the construction management of the Gangnam-si Coastal Maintenance Project (hereinafter “instant construction”) that the Defendant received from Samsung C&T Co., Ltd., and entered into an entrustment contract with the Defendant. From December 2010 to March 20, 2013, the Plaintiff managed the construction management of the instant construction from December 201 to March 20, 2013.

B. At the time of concluding a contract entrusted with construction management affairs, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the difference between the construction cost of KRW 7.54 billion and the construction cost of the instant case as piece rates, and if the Plaintiff reported the price of materials and equipment required in the process of performing the instant construction work and the wage of field workers to the Defendant by deeming it as the construction cost of the instant case, the Defendant directly agreed to pay the said construction cost to the business partner or field workers.

(hereinafter) The Plaintiff and the Defendant, together with the entrustment contract and the repair agreement of the instant construction work management, are collectively referred to as the “instant agreement”). In accordance with the instant agreement, the Plaintiff asserted that: (a) from December 2010 to March 20, 2013, managing the construction of the instant construction; (b) KRW 194,940,076 of the Plaintiff’s employees’ wages; (c) KRW 13,92,103 of the fuel cost; (d) KRW 15,418,480 of the meals and entertainment expenses; and (e) KRW 23,392,120 of the rent and management fee for accommodation of employees; and (e) KRW 11,101,04,040 of the rent and management fee for accommodation of employees; and (e) KRW 58,09,00 of the construction cost for clothes; and (e) KRW 17,90,00 of other inputs; (e) KRW 194,90,000; and (e) KRW 1338,3859,139,281,294,20940.
