Defendant

On October 17, 2012, A was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence to a violation of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products by the Gwangju District Court, and the decision was finalized on February 14, 2013. On December 4, 2014, the Daejeon District Court sentenced a two-year imprisonment to a violation of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products and decided on December 12, 2014.

Defendant

A The term "E (Representative F)" in Gwangju Mine-gu D is a person who actually operated grain wholesale and retail business in his/her trade name; G is a person who operates grain wholesale and retail business in his/her trade name in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; G is a person who operates grain wholesale and retail business in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; Defendant B is a person who operates grain wholesale and retail business in his/her trade name; Defendant B is a person who operates grain retail business without trade name in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M; N is a person who is the head of the team in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, and Q is a person who operates grain wholesale and retail business in his/her trade name; Q is a person who is a person who supplies food materials in his/her name; and Q is a person who operates food mill business in Chungcheongnam-si; and W is a person who works in X-si as a business director in his/her trade name.

No one is allowed to sell in disguised manner the country of origin, but in collusion with G, J, N, Q, T, and W, the Defendants intended to make unjust enrichment by means of disguised sale of the country of origin of Chinese rice.

Q plays the role of ordering work, providing a place of delivery, preparing and delivering a certificate of origin and a detailed statement of transactions, and T means the role of providing a business operator (V) with Chinese rice spawn, a transaction passbook in his name, and a business operator's trade name, and W means the role of purchasing and selling Chinese rice, Defendant A and B play the role of distributing Chinese rice spawn, G, J, and N means the role of taking the responsibility for selling Korean rice from November 201 to January 3, 201.
