A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2018, at around 17:20 on June 27, 2018, the Defendant interfered with business, at the entrance of the first floor parking lot of the victim C management in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, the Defendant was unable to know the name of the said building at the entrance of the victim C management in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and was unable to enter and leave the said building for about 40 minutes at the entrance of the parking lot.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the management of vehicle entrance and exit of the victim.
2. At around 17:55 on June 27, 2018, the Defendant in the obstruction of performance of official duties, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, threatened F by stating that “A police officer, who was a police officer belonging to the Seoul Coast Guard Edistrict Group, dispatched to the site after receiving 112 reports, was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of interference with his/her business as above.” The Defendant resisted F by stating, “I will throw away his/her mother who was a flagrant offender?” and assaulted F’s right-hand hand, etc. as soon as possible.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting operations and arrest of flagrant offenders.
[2018 Highest 6027] On September 14, 2018, the Defendant found a district register at the E-district of the Seoul District Police Station located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and told the entrance to open, “The police sprinke . . . sprinke . . . f. f. . f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers working in the E district.
[2018 Godan676] On September 12, 2018, the Defendant, around 14:30 on September 12, 2018, intends to avoid disturbance while drunk in a “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J (Nam, 51) of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
