1. The Plaintiff’s assertion is the deposit account holder who entered into a deposit contract with the Defendant (self-deposit account No. B; hereinafter “the deposit contract in this case”). The Defendant asserted that the Defendant entered the balance of the Plaintiff’s deposit claim in the account and calculated the amount less than the actual withdrawal amount or less than the actual deposit amount, and that the sum of KRW 30,643,39 was stated mistakenly as follows. As of December 31, 2008, the Plaintiff’s claim as indicated in KRW -24,709,654 as of December 31, 2008 is seeking confirmation of the existence of KRW 5,93,745.
