Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 14, 2010, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the Defendant was living in the public notice center of the same amount of five million won for a disguised marriage with Vietnam women; (b) provided a proposal to introduce Vietnam women who wish to enter Korea through a disguised marriage through a disguised marriage offered by B to obtain a disguised marriage for the purpose of receiving a false amount of money; and (c) reported the marriage to the Seoul Mine-gu Office around May 14, 2010, upon C’s instruction, submitted a false marriage report to the public electronic family register information system; and (d) provided that a public official who is aware of the fact that he/she was married even though he/she did not wish to marry with Vietnam, and stored and operated a false marriage report in the public electronic family register information system; and (e) stored and operated the immediately entered details.
2. While no one is allowed to apply for or arrange for a false visa or a visa issuance certificate to allow a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea, the defendant prepared a false invitation letter and a fidelity guarantee letter to invite a disguised marriage for the purpose of marriage and residence in order to allow a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea as provided in paragraph (1) and presented it to D through the above C.
D Around June 21, 2010, at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea of Vietnam, drafted an application for visa issuance, and entered the Incheon Airport on July 24, 2010 with a visa officer who does not know of the circumstances, accompanied by a letter of invitation to the above false content, and obtained a visa (F-2-1) for marriage stay (F-2-1).
Accordingly, the defendant filed a false visa in collusion with Vietnamese D to allow entry of a foreigner.
