Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident) are those who are engaged in driving B rocketing car;

On November 6, 2019, at around 22:16, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.151%, and directed D’s front intersection in Yong-nam Cancer C in the direction of Frhion in the direction of E commercial price.

At the time of the intersection, there was a night duty of care to safely drive a vehicle after checking whether there was another vehicle that reduces the speed before passing the intersection to the person engaged in driving the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in driving the said intersection due to the negligence while driving the said intersection in the direction of FIC6, driving by the victim G(39 years of age) who was driving the said intersection in the direction D from the FIC direction, and received the front part of the HM6 car driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc., which requires treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, escaped without immediately stopping the said SM6 car owned by the victim and taking necessary measures, such as providing rescue to the victims, even though it damages the repair cost equivalent to approximately KRW 1,887,000.

2. On November 6, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at around 22:10 on November 6, 2019, with a section of approximately 400 meters up to the roads in front of J on the roads in front of Yong-nam Cancer I.m. 0.151% of blood alcohol concentration.
