Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On October 26, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven Bone Star Motor Vehicle in the state of blood alcohol content 0.159% (blood collection result) with approximately KRW 1 k-m section from the Jin University located in the Sacheon-si Line and around 22:25 on the same day to the front road in the same time-based campaign.
