1. The defendant is based on the sale on May 6, 2010 on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On August 2004, the plaintiff requested the non-party to sell and purchase the motor vehicle as indicated in the attached list, and delivered the motor vehicle to the non-party along with all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle. Since the defendant purchased the motor vehicle through the non-party on May 6, 2010, the plaintiff is obligated to take over the procedure for transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle from the plaintiff.
