The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the charged facts of this case guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance and acquitted the defendant. There is no violation of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on subsidies and the limit of modification of indictment in violation

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
