1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall be KRW 310,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On December 30, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 310,000,000 to the Defendants for business purposes. The amount to be paid by the Defendants is as stated in the purport of the claim.
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) Defendant B and D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant C: Judgment made by confession in court (Article 288 of the Civil Procedure Act)
