A defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Punishment of the crime
around 01:55 on January 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, sent by the Defendant to the scene of the incident with a taxi engineer, and (b) was issued a notice of the charge of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act by the Gyeong-gu Police Station C Gyeong-gu Police Station, the Defendant: (c) cut the notice; (d) cut the face of the said D; and (e) sealed the chest by hand; and (e) threatened the Defendant with shabing the e’s ethbbbbage, and harming the said E.
Accordingly, the defendant has prevented police officers from performing their legitimate duties.
