Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

1. On May 24, 2011, the Defendant filed an application for unemployment benefits with the staff in charge at the employment center of the Daegu-si District Employment and Labor Office located in 118, the Gu Employment and Labor Office (Seoul-si), which was located in 118, from July 201 to April 201, reported to the effect that: (a) the Defendant, among the military units constructed from July 201 to April 201, he/she was serving as a day at the construction site of high school teachers and teachers at high school and retired from the work site; and (b) the Defendant went away from his/her work due to an unexpected reason.

However, the defendant did not have worked as above in the above company for the above period.

Defendant filed a false report and application for unemployment benefits as above, and the same year from around June 7, 201, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table (1).

8. By the end of 29.2, the victim received the total sum of unemployment benefits of KRW 2,799,340 from the Republic of Korea four times in total and received unemployment benefits by deception and by fraudulent means.

2. On June 20, 2014, the Defendant filed an application for unemployment benefits with an employee in charge at the employment center listed in paragraph (1) located in Kusi-si, 118, Kusi-si, Sinsi-si around June 20, 2014, and reported to the effect that: (a) the Defendant, from October 25, 2013 to June 20, 2014, was performing daily work in Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd., which was executed in T-C during the period from October 25, 2013 to June 20, 2014; and (b) the Defendant retired from the office due to an unexpected reason.

However, the defendant did not have worked as above in the above company for the above period.

The defendant filed a false report and applied for unemployment benefits as above, and thereby, received a total of KRW 3,376,060 from the victim's Republic of Korea to November 24 of the same year four times from September 2, 2014 to receive unemployment benefits from the victim's total of KRW 3,376,060, and received unemployment benefits by fraudulent means.
