A. The Plaintiff is a person who is engaged in construction machinery contracting and leasing business with the trade name called Asan City Co., Ltd., and the Defendant is a person who engages in construction business with the trade name called E from Asan City.

B. From September 14, 2015 to March 29, 2016, the Plaintiff leased a digging machine at the construction site at the request of the Defendant, and the current status and value of the lease are as listed below.
