On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) filed a written estimate on the shipment port (THC (terminal fee), the expenses incidental to the terminal goods disposal, Seal Carge, the Doc Fe (transport document fee)) and the selection and appointment and inland freight (Ocean FR (Maritime Freight), Trucking TR, the rucking ck chie freight, etc.); and (b) the said written estimate contains separate domestic transportation charges, export customs clearance charges, cargo insurance charges, other work charges, etc.

Around that time, the Plaintiff announced the Defendant that the instant cargo was 40 feeed to 17 million won, and that the transportation fee was not included in packing expenses, etc. to the Guam Port.

Afterwards, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to pack the instant cargo on the Maritime Export Packaging Co., Ltd., and the Defendant transported the instant cargo to the Maritime Export Packaging Co., Ltd. on May 4, 2014, and the instant cargo was completed on May 40, 2014 as the 3 boxes of 20 feet container and 20 feet container 1.

On May 9, 2014, the four containers, which are the instant cargo, arrive at the port of Busan, and were shipped into Melelin Mar Mar. 1, 2014, and entered the port of Guam on May 23, 2014 after departing from the port of Busan on May 10, 2014.

The Plaintiff received a request from the Defendant to transport the instant cargo from a Guam to a city hotel located in Guam, after the instant cargo arrived at Guam, and the Plaintiff requested CT.SI. Lgists to transport the instant cargo on May 29, 2014.
