Punishment of the crime

2. No person is allowed to operate a vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the defendant operated a C vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as that of paragraph 1.
3. Around 12:10 on June 19, 2014, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of Cunsting vehicles, driven the said vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.187% without a driver’s license, and driven the said vehicles along the two-lanes between the west 3rd National Highway No. 5 and the west 5 at the right of permanent residence on the west-si side of the city in which the Defendant would drive the said vehicles, without a driver’s license.
In such cases, vehicle driving is intended to change the course of the vehicle.
