1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 80,724,500 won and each year from May 9, 2018 to March 8, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 41 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings that partially dismiss are amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
