(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant only submitted a written objection to the payment order without stating the substantial reason for the plaintiff's claim and without stating the original copy of the payment order, but did not appear at the date of pleading after the submission of a written response, the creditor's assertion is deemed to have led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's assertion under Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
