1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 and the period from October 1, 2018 to March 28, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The portion partially dismissed is governed by the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and Article 2 of the Addenda thereto, and the statutory interest rate under the aforesaid Special Cases is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Therefore, the exceeding part of the claim for delay damages is dismissed.
