Criminal facts
1. No person, other than a defendant A dentist, shall perform dental practice for profit;
Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was not a dentist, at the end of November 2016, the Defendant was equipped with such tools as nitrogens, tins, pinins, and fins, etc., in the residence of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-si, and the 5th 30 △△△△△ Group G (at the same time 52 years old), and constructed the mold by inserting a nitrogen in G’s entrance, putting tins into a re-inct, tins, and finscins, and then made the mold into a dental engineer’s shop, and made the mold into a dental engineer’s lawsuit, and made the mold manufactured, and received the mold again from G in return for repeated treatment, and received 2.8 million won from G to February 14, 2018 from the end of November 2016 to the end of February 14, 2018, and received the dental engineer’s total amount of 1280,000 won under the above method as a business among customers.
2. Defendant B
(a) Dental technicians who violate the Act on Medical Technicians, etc. shall follow the request for manufacturing dental appliances issued by dental doctors in the course of performing the duties, such as manufacturing, etc. of dental appliances;
From November 2016 to January 2018, the Defendant produced approximately 14 molds, which are dental technicians, as indicated in the attached crime list, at the “I dental technician shop” operated by the Defendant located in H and the fourth floor of Busan Dong-gu, Busan, upon request of a dentist, who is not a dentist.
B. Around May 2016, the Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (Unlawful Medical Service Providers), listens to the phrase “a request from A to perform a crypt treatment”, and sells a bank set composed of a nitrogen, tin, etc. necessary for creating the mold model, and sells it to A, and even from November 201 to January 201, 2016, he/she knows that A is engaged in dental treatment, such as crypt treatment, without a dentist’s license, and thereby helping A do so.
