On December 5, 2013, at around 21:16, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim D (year 52) who was cleaning in the “C” room located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu Seoul, on December 5, 2013; and (b) “YY Findings Handphones and Handphones in a Chewing flachisium,” and assaulted the victim’s face by drinking.
