A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the actual representative director of C corporation for the purpose of providing online services and Internet information in Busan Shipping Daegu B or 501.
No person shall receive subsidies by making a false application or by other unlawful means.
On August 2, 2013, when the Defendant employed a new intern at the Busan Labor Center located in Suwon-ro 676, the Defendant submitted a written application, a detailed statement of salary, and a certificate of wage transfer to the effect that he/she employed D as a new intern while participating in the government subsidy program.
However, even though D had already been employed by the defendant and was not a new intern employed, D submitted a false certificate of transfer of the current benefits, with the purpose of receiving a part of D's benefits which was paid to D, stating the date of entry as if he was newly selected in the application for the purpose of receiving the above government subsidies, with the intention of receiving a false return.
As a result, the Defendant applied for government subsidies by false application or unlawful means, and received 8,400,000 won for internship subsidies and subsidies for conversion to regular workers, which fall under the period subject to payment from August 6, 2013 to February 5, 2014, and received 34,482,940 won in total for six persons as indicated in the attached crime list.
