1. The Defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,416,729 as well as KRW 43,510,451 among them, from July 5, 2018.

(However, the creditor's "the debtor" is considered as the "the defendant" and the payment order for B is finally decided as the "the defendant". 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and effective from June 1, 2019) is dismissed.
