1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;
2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant with the trade name of “C” in Busan Shipping Daegu.
No person shall sell, lend, distribute, or provide free of charge drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.
Nevertheless, around 02:00 on June 30, 2017, the Defendant received and sold the price of KRW 39,500,000 for alcoholic beverages, etc., which are juvenile harmful drugs, to D(17 tax), E(18 tax) and F(18 tax).
