【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) administered philophones without compensation; (b) 00:00-00-00-30 on April 26, 2018, the Defendant put approximately 0.05g of philophones, which were introduced from F on the street in the vicinity of a large retailer of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and (c) fluor, and fluored with approximately 0.5g of philophones, which were introduced from F on the street near the shopping mall; (c) around 01:00 on the same day, the Defendant put approximately 0.05g of philophones received in and near the above Defendant’s dwelling, and melted them as water.
