1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On April 26, 2019, around 20:40 on April 26, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the C Company located in Yancheon-gu B, Yansi-si, and opened a door that was parked on the said parking lot and entered the door with six liquor purchase cards in the name of F (GH) managed by the victim E and six alcoholic beverages purchase cards in the name of J bank (JK).

B. On May 3, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the above company from around 20:0 to 21:00 on May 3, 2019, and opened a door that was parked in the parking lot, and entered that door, carried 19 liquor purchase cards, such as liquor purchase cards (GN) in the name of M managed by the victim E.

2. Larceny;

A. On April 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:46, the Defendant collected the alcohol purchase card in the name of F, which was stolen, and then withdrawn KRW 600,000,000 in cash twice by inserting the password on the front of the card, as described in paragraph (a), at a cash withdrawal machine administered by the victim Q Q, Co., Ltd. established therein; and (b) continued to collect the alcohol purchase card in the name of F, which was stolen, and then withdrawn KRW 140,00 in cash by inserting the password on the front of the card, as described in paragraph (a).

B. On April 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) collected the F’s card of purchase of alcoholic beverages in the name of F, such as the entry in paragraph 1(a), and then withdrawn KRW 100,000 in cash, from the S credit in the city R in Yansan-gu, Jeonju-si, and from the cash withdrawal administered by the victim S, installed therein; and (b) entered the password on the front of the card.

C. On May 6, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime at a three-dimensional branch, set forth in paragraph 1-B, at a three-dimensional branch located in U of Toyju on May 6, 2019, and at a cash withdrawal administered by the victim T.
