1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
The plaintiff asserts that on March 17, 2016, the defendant lent KRW 50 million to the defendant, which is recognized by the defendant.
Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won and 15% interest per annum from October 25, 2018 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff. Thus, the defendant is obliged to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won and 50% interest per annum. It is so decided as per Disposition.
