A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance. < Amended by Act No. 1020, Mar. 392>
1. On November 6, 2019, the Defendant, around 14:00 on November 6, 2019, operated Efranchising automobiles not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of approximately 300 meters in front of the road located in the Magdong-gu, Ansan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si.
2. The Defendant, on January 10, 2020, operated an Echip vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 300 meters from the front of the F Building in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front road of the Masan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, to the front road of the Machip vehicle.

1. On July 31, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of the crime, around 07:52 on July 31, 2018, operated an Echier car not covered by mandatory insurance in the direction of the main direction from the direction of the Echip in the direction of the Echip.
