A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was originally a Vietnamese woman, but married with C who was a national of the Republic of Korea, and acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea on March 25, 2010. On January 22, 2009, the Defendant divorced with C, and was transferred from D on November 18, 2010 to A.
