Punishment of the crime
1. The position and role of the parties C is a person who operates a solvents company D, E, F, and G, an agent, and sells solvents to a disguised trading company by means of preparing a false tax invoice in supply of solvents from the Korea Petroleum Industry Corporation, H, etc., which is a solvents manufacturer, and the actual solvents is a person who supervises the business of selling solvents to a fake petroleum manufacturer for the purpose of manufacturing fake petroleum.
I, for the purpose of disguised use in the transaction of solvents, communicate K, (ju), L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, S's respective business registration certificates, passbooks, etc. to the above C, which is a disguised trader by J, etc., and according to the above C's order, a person who exercises overall control over the above C's practice such as ordering, transporting, selling, and selling of solvents, and selling proceeds.
T is a person who, according to the above I’s instructions, employs Defendant A, B, U, and V as a tank driver and transports solvents sold by the above C, etc. to fake petroleum manufacturers for the purpose of manufacturing fake petroleum.
J, a disguised trading company, K, L, M, N,O, P, etc., and deliver its business registration certificate, etc. to the above C through the above I, and then, it is an intermediate distribution for the supply of solvents by the above C under the name of the disguised trading company, such as the above K, etc., and resells them to fake petroleum manufacturers.
W and X established under the name of Q, R, S, which is a disguised trader, and delivered its business registration certificate, etc. to the above C through the above I. After being supplied with solvents by the above C and manufacturing and selling fake petroleum products together with the above I, X, Z, AA, etc., the person in charge of accounting affairs such as the management of the sales and collection details, the delivery of fake petroleum products, and the management of manufacturing factories.
Z is carrying raw materials, such as solvents, and delivering fake petroleum products, while manufacturing and selling fake petroleum products with the above I, W, X, AA, etc.
