1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 10, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On January 17, 2018, the defendant prepared and delivered a letter of payment stating that the plaintiff will deposit the above amount in installments from March 30, 2018 to the plaintiff in installments, and then the defendant paid KRW 2 million to the plaintiff, but the defendant did not pay the remainder of KRW 45 million and filed the lawsuit in this case.
