1. The summary of the facts charged is a person who operates a mutual clothes store called “D” in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City’s Office Btel C.
No trademark identical with the registered trademark of another person shall be used for goods similar to the designated goods or used for goods similar to the registered trademark of another person.
Nevertheless, around 14:30 on July 27, 2017, the Defendant infringed the trademark rights of each of the above trademark holders by keeping and displaying a family name, family name, family name, body name, and watch with six overseas well-known brand trademarks, such as a family name tag attached to the trademark registration ledger of the Korean Intellectual Property Office, within the clothes store "Btel C" of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the purpose of sale, as shown in the attached crime list.
